Origination

All prices for origination are for one colour print in one position or engraved in one position. Basic personalisation in one position is the basis of all orders. We redraw to one colour if needs be for free, but additional origination costs will be billable if you require a multi-colour logo print run and ask for more than one origination. All decisions of this nature are only ever taken after customer advice.

Shipping & Returns

The following terms and conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts, including the Sales of Goods act 1979, the UK Distance Selling Regulations 2000 and Consumer Credit Act 1974. By buying from Sunbase Promotional Consultancy you agree to be bound by these terms.

Complaints

In the event of any complaint you must notify us as soon as possible otherwise we will not be responsible for the complaint. Manufacturers' warrantees take precedence: they will be held liable for any aspect of manufacturer poor quality control, mechanical failing or poor assembly.

Privacy Policy

The information that you provide us with will be stored on a computer. We may send you information about new offers which we feel may be of interest to you but we will never sell your email address to any third party. We respect your right to privacy and if you do not wish to receive these then please email us at info@promotional-product.co.uk.

Terms & Conditions

General

1. The Sellers do business upon and subject to these general conditions which will be deemed to be incorporated into all contracts between Seller and the Purchasers to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions of the Purchasers.
2. A quotation shall only constitute an invitation to treat. All orders are subject to acceptance by the Seller, the Purchasers acceptance of delivery of said acknowledgement of orders shall be deemed to include acceptance of these general conditions.
3. Telephone orders must be confirmed in writing by letter or fax. No responsibility will be accepted if this not done.
4. All order acknowledgements must be confirmed in writing by letter or fax. No responsibility will be accepted is this not done.
5. The Seller cannot guarantee that the goods will be exactly the same as previously supplied. Samples are available on request to check for size, material etc.

Waiver

Failure by the Seller at any time to enforce any of the provisions of these general conditions shall not be construed as waiver by the Sellers of such provisions or in any way effect the validity of these general conditions.

Prices

All Prices shall be as the Sellers price list current at the date of this despatch and all prices are exclusive of VAT. All prices are subject to increases without notice owing to circumstances beyond the Sellers control.

Origination

All blocks, dies, screens and any other form of origination required for personalising will incur additional costs.

Artwork

All Artwork supplied must be Process Ready. Any artwork including reductions, enlargements and touching up will be chargeable. Minimum artwork charge £15.00.

Quantities

Printed goods may be subject to 10% over or under run and will be charged pro rata.

Liability

1. The purchasers shall be responsible for the goods being suitable in every way for the purpose for which they are intended to use them and no warranty, condition or representation is given by the Sellers as to the fitness of any goods for any particular purpose.
2. Whilst every effort will be made to deliver on time, time for delivery is not of the essence and there is no liability for delays occasioned by circumstances beyond the Sellers control.
3. Any liability of the Sellers to the Purchasers shall be limited in total to the price of the goods.
4. In the event of incorrect or faulty goods supplied, credit will only be given if the entire consignment is returned.

Carriage

All prices are exclusive of postage, carriage and packing. Charges for these items are available on request. Due to the difficulty in tracing lost parcels orders cannot be despatched by post.

Samples

Samples can be sent on approval and charged for unless returned in good condition within 14 days.

Terms of Payment

Strictly net 7 days from date of the invoice unless otherwise agreed. Time of payment shall be of the essence and if any amount shall not be paid on the due date the Purchasers shall pay to the Seller on demand interest thereon at an annual rate of 4% above Lloyds Bank Plc's base lending rate, such interest to accrue from day to day and run after as well as before any Judgement.

This invoice will also become subject to penalty charges under the Late Payment of Commercial Debt Act 1998. After payment due date, all invoices will be passed to Sunbase Promotional Consultancy's appointed collection agents.

Transfer of Ownership

All goods remain the property of Sunbase Promotional Consultancy until payment is made in full. We reserve the right to reclaim the goods if payment is not received.

Claims & Acceptance

1. The Purchasers shall inspect all goods immediately upon delivery and shall within seven days from delivery notify the Sellers of any matter or thing by reason of which they may allege that the goods are not in accordance with the contract. If the Purchasers volume in all respects in accordance with the contract and that the Purchasers have accepted them, the Purchasers shall have no right to reject the goods, but shall be bound to pay for the same accordingly.
2. Non delivery by any carrier must be notified to the Sellers in writing within six days.
3. Goods are only returnable with our express agreement. Goods will not be accepted back without prior arrangement.

Cancellations

All cancellations to be notified in writing. Charges will be made for all work done or materials bought.

Printing

Unless otherwise specified, printing colour, size and position will be at our discretion even on repeat orders. Where Pantone colour matches are requested, a 100% match cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to use your logo or advertisement in our brochures unless otherwise instructed in writing.

Repeat Orders

The onus is on the Customer to ensure the Seller has all the correct details from previous orders.

Product Specifications

We reserve the right to alter design, material and product specification of any product without notice.
