Innovation

In order to stay ahead of the rest, Sunbase are members of PPAI and ASI. These American associations are the source of numerous new products that cannot be found anywhere in the UK and Europe except with us.

These noted associations also demand standard and quality in their suppliers and distributors which ensures that any item that we source will be the best at that price.


Order Process

Every order is tracked from start to finish by our staff. We make regular checks on its progress to ensure correctly printed product is delivered on schedule.

The People

Those people handling your quotes and orders are, for the UK, uniquely trained as they are members of ASI and PPAI who run ongoing training schemes and seminars in the USA which must be attended for course completion. Attendance at these courses across America shows how dedicated our staff is in producing the best service for our customers.

We take great pride and care in our worek and what we do for our clients. We at Sunbase keep our customers well informed from the time the order is placed until the product is delivered. Additional updates can be queried at any time by contacting us. We won't promoise anything that cannot be delivered in time and take all the steps necessary to ensure orders are processed without fuss.

TERMS & CONDITIONS GENERAL (A) The Sellers do business upon and subject to these general conditions which will be deemed to be incorporated into all contracts between Seller and the Purchasers to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions of the Purchasers. (B) A quotation shall only constitute an invitation to treat. All orders are subject to acceptance by the Seller, the Purchasers acceptance of delivery of said acknowledgement of orders shall be deemed to include acceptance of these general conditions. (C) Telephone orders must be confirmed in writing by letter or fax. No responsibility will be accepted if this not done. (D) All order acknowledgements must be confirmed in writing by letter or fax. No responsibility will be accepted is this not done. (E) The Seller cannot guarantee that the goods will be exactly the same as previously supplied. Samples are available on request to check for size, material etc. WAIVER Failure by the Seller at any time to enforce any of the provisions of these general conditions shall not be construed as waiver by the Sellers of such provisions or in any way effect the validity of these general conditions. PRICES All Prices shall be as the Sellers price list current at the date of this despatch and all prices are exclusive of VAT. All prices are subject to increases without notice owing to circumstances beyond the Sellers control. ORIGINATION All blocks, dies, screens and any other form of origination required for personalising will incur additional costs. ARTWORK All Artwork supplied must be Process Ready. Any artwork including reductions, enlargements and touching up will be chargeable. Minimum artwork charge £15.00. QUANTITIES Printed goods may be subject to 10% over or under run and will be charged pro rata. LIABILITY (A) The purchasers shall be responsible for the goods being suitable in every way for the purpose for which they are intended to use them and no warranty, condition or representation is given by the Sellers as to the fitness of any goods for any particular purpose. (B) Whilst every effort will be made to deliver on time, time for delivery is not of the essence and there is no liability for delays occasioned by circumstances beyond the Sellers control. (C) Any liability of the Sellers to the Purchasers shall be limited in total to the price of the goods. (D) In the event of incorrect or faulty goods supplied, credit will only be given if the entire consignment is returned. CARRIAGE All prices are exclusive of postage, carriage and packing. Charges for these items are available on request. Due to the difficulty in tracing lost parcels orders cannot be despatched by post. SAMPLES Samples can be sent on approval and charged for unless returned in good condition within 14 days. TERMS OF PAYMENT Strictly nett 7 days from date of the invoice unless otherwise agreed. Time of payment shall be of the essence and if any amount shall not be paid on the due date the Purchasers shall pay to the Seller on demand interest thereon at an annual rate of 4% above Lloyds Bank Plc's base lending rate, such interest to accrue from day to day and run after as well as before any Judgement. This invoice will also become subject to penalty charges under the Late Payment of Commercial Debt Act 1998. After payment due date, all invoices will be passed to Sunbase Promotional Product's (or Sunbase Promotional Agency's) appointed collection agents. TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP All goods remain the property of Sunbase Promotional Products until payment is made in full. We reserve the right to reclaim the goods if payment is not received. CLAIMS AND ACCEPTANCE (A) The purchasers shall inspect all goods immediately upon delivery and shall within seven days from delivery notify the Sellers of any matter or thing by reason of which they may allege that the goods are not in accordance with the contract. If the Purchasers volume in all respects in accordance with the contract and that the Purchasers have accepted them, the Purchasers shall have no right to reject the goods, but shall be bound to pay for the same accordingly. (B) Non delivery by any carrier must be notified to the Sellers in writing within 6 days. (C) Goods are only returnable with our express agreement. Goods will not be accepted back without prior arrangement. CANCELLATIONS All cancellations to be notified in writing. Charges will be made for all work done or materials bought. PRINTING Unless otherwise specified printing colour, size and position will be at our discretion even on repeat orders. Where Pantone colour matches are requested, a 100% match cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to use your logo or advertisement in our brochures unless otherwise instructed in writing. REPEAT ORDERS The onus is on the Customer to ensure the Seller has all the correct details from previous orders. PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS We reserve the right to alter design, material and product specification of any product without notice.
