How can I order/enquire about a product?
You can order any products from any of our sites or catalogues via our Quote/Enquiry Form or through each site where available. A similar Product Quote/Enquiry Form is also available.

Yes, we do. We take Visa and Mastercard only as well as other forms of payment including cheques etc.

Can I track my order?
No - But do not worry!
We frequently check each order on it's progress during the course of production. Any modifications or delays (or, indeed, early completions) will be relayed to you as soon as we have knowledge of it.

What if I am outside the UK?
No problem.
We will deliver to ANY worldwide location subject to your local custom rules and regulations. So please request a quote or order as normal.
If you are worried about any item that you think may that may be a problem to import to your country, please check with us first. We will find out for you.

What are the advantages of sourcing promotional products from abroad?
There can be a number of advantages - whichever country is your homeland:

It will increase the number of promotional item options available to you.
You may not be able to source locally.
The item may be cheaper than a local source (but with no loss to quality!).
Lead times in various countries can differ greatly.
Certain items may only be found in an other country than your own.

What if I want something local?
If you wish to purchase something from a 'local' location - be it within your own country or nearby - we will endeavour to do this at your request.
However, please note that in some cases a local supplier may not be as price competitive as other suppliers in other parts of the world.

What are your Currency Conversion rates?
As a guide, please use our Currency Converter.
This is NOT the final conversion rate that you are likely to pay. This Currency Converter is ONLY to be used as an estimate. Please Contact Us for a definitive conversion rate for your currency.

If your currency is not listed, please state this in any quote to us.

What about carriage costs and other duties that might be payable?
All rules concerning Carriage apply to international orders.
Depending on where you are - and the item you wish to purchase, carriage costs will vary.
It is not possible to publish carriage costs until a quote has been made (we need to know both import and export country, item quantity and weight before we can generate this cost).
Quotes are free.
On the quote, prices are quoted ex-works (FOB) unless otherwise specified and do NOT include any local duties and taxes. Please state on any correspondence that you wish to receive a quote for carriage to be sure.

If you wish to receive a quote or further information on any item (or to make a purchace) and believe that it may not be available to you if you are outside the United Kingdom, please Contact Us first.

Are lead times likely to be longer than normal?
Yes and no.
Again, this will depend on where you are and product origin. However, in some cases it has proven quicker to order from locations that are geographically further away from a client than a more local source purely as the item has either a shorter lead time, is cheaper, of better quality or a combination of all three!

Rush services are available on all international products where a rush service is provided by our suppliers.

How can I pay for an International order?
There are two options:
